jennugo Hello, what is the waist measurement? Also, would the elastic back give it another half or full inch or is it pulled tight?

jennugo @lovinglife09 Would you mind terribly sending me the measurements at 3 inches down on the skirt and at 6 inches down. I’ve been burned a couple times buying a skirt I thought would fit and it doesn’t. Since this is final sale I want to be sure. I typically wear a 4 in JCrew skirts so I’m not worried about the other one in my bundle. It would be much appreciated.

lovinglife09 @jennugo I'm so sorry I've been out of town. The hosp are approx 19" lying flat however this is a wrap skirt so the hips are more free. Can be larger or smaller
