NWT Madden OSFM Black wrap

NWT Up for grabs is a soft Black velvet-like wrap to cover your shoulders while out on the town. This is a beautiful piece! This can be used in place of a jacket. The material is primarily polyester but has spandex, too. There is silver glitter throughout. In the back, there is a slit. There are no stains, rips, or defects.
