This gorgeous dress has not been altered. It does not have the paper tag but it still has the white sewn in tag (shown in photos) that shows that it cannot be returned with it removed. This is still for sale at Saks for the full price of $698. Please note that just like all beaded and/or embellished clothing items, some beads may come loose. However there is nothing major that I've noticed. This happens even when purchased directly from a department store. It is not a flaw.
