nursegirljay @camidawson you have to do it from a browser, like safari or whatever you have. And you're the only one who can change it since u sent it. It's happened a lot. There's nothing wrong with the bag and there's no scam right? I had the same bag but had to send it in for warranty repairs, and they were not able to fix it. It was my absolute favorite bag and really want another but it's hard to find since its older.
