NWT MANGO Ruffled Neck Blouse in White

White ruffled neck button-down blouse from Mango in white. Flowy balloon sleeves. Very lightweight, linen-like fabric. May be slightly sheer. Size medium. New with tags, never worn. There are a couple of tiny spots on the fabric as shown in the last two photos, perhaps from storage, but they are not noticeable.
