NWT. When I bought it online the silver thread all over the blouse was not mentioned and was not obvious in the photos. The silver thread on anything is not my style, but I cannot return it anymore. The tank has adjustable shoulder straps. The tank has a care label, but not the blouse. I have not noticed any defects when I inspected them. The measurements (see photos) are approximates since it's the style and kind of fabric that's hard to measure. If you wear a Pet size this may even be long enough to wear as a mini dress. Please note mannequin wears a regular size and measures 34"-25"-35" and is about 5'8" tall if it's with the head
