NWT Luxury black Velvet beaded Headband

Never used. Perfect for holiday party season. It's definitely a statement piece. I love it, but I have short hair, and it just doesn't look right on me. I want someone to love it like I do but actually wear it. It's too nice to have stored away. Standard headband size but wider on the sides where the gold black and cream pearl beading is.
