@smallz172 waist is 14 1/4" flat with about another inch or so of stretch since the back of the waist is elasticised. Rise is 13". Hip is 18" flat measured from the bottom of the pocket seam (not the internal pocket, the external pocket opening) which is where my hips are when I hold them up to me. Since it's a loose fit, measured pulled taut it's 19" flat, but could probably accommodate a bit more depending on how you want them to fit.
