NWT Lulu’s All Mine Navy Floral Print High-Low Wrap Dress

Women’s size XS wrap dress with lining. Cross cross spaghetti straps with ruffle cap shoulders. Tie waist. 100% polyester. Brand new with tags; never worn. This dress runs pretty long. I am 5’4” and the hem still drug the floor a bit with 4” heels. Great dress! Just didn’t work for me.
