NWT Luii Turquoise Coat 3/4 Sleeve

Reposhing this item I purchased from @klescloset. Loved it, but was too small around the chest for me. It says Medium on the tag, but fits small. I am 36 d bra and it buttons but feels tight around the back when I move my arms forward, so this would work for someone more petite. Questions? Leave a comment below!
