NWT! LuLaRoe Blue And Silver Maxi Dress, XS. This is a BEAUTIFUL dress, I just unfortunately don’t have a need for it. It was purchased for a special event that fell through. It is a polyester/spandex blend and has the “slinky” material feel. It’s a gorgeous shade of blue with silver polka dot accents all over. It also has a slight high-low effect.
