NWT Loveriche Charcoal Mock Neck Top or Dress? Size Small

This item is brand new. Sorry to show my age but I’m not sure if it’s a top or a dress. The slits on the sides are very high. The length from the top center of neck to rounded back hem is 37”. The side slits on the back are 15”.
