toobrassy @chachacharming at 24” from the shoulder to the hem it hit me at my waist. I’m tall and have a long body. If u have a tape measure, you could measure 24” from your shoulder to see exactly how that would fall. My sister in law is short and she tried it on and it was a bit below her waist. Hope this helps.
