NWT London Times Palm print maxi dress, size 8

Tropical palm print maxi dress with elastic at waist. Bodice part is lined and they is a bottom slit on one side. I can't find a materials tag but it feels like polyester, it has some stretch to it. Pit to pit width is 17.5", waist width is 14.5" (unstretched), and length from shoulder to bottom is 52". New with tags, no stains or flaws, from smoke-free home.
