NWT Loft brand Flower Ultra Soft Blouse

I adore this top! I bought it for vacation and ended up not wearing it, so it is new without tags. Loft brand, size Small, but slightly over sized so it could easily fit a medium also. See pics for measurements, super soft material with adorable dark teal and blue flowers that are “fluffy” to the touch. Would look amazing with the AG dark teal cords I have listed.
