NWT Loft Dropped Waist Dress, Size 22

This pretty dress is navy blue with white and metallic horizontal stripes. There are four buttons on the top in the back. The fabric is a cotton/polyester blend also has red, blue and purple speckles throughout the dress. The sleeves are a little wide, 7.5” with a 1.5” band cuff. The dress has a dropped waist (seam is 15” from top of collar. Other measurements are length 41” and pit to pit 25”. Pet and smoke free home.
