NWT LizWear Glitz Petite Black Velvet Button-up Romper Dress, Size P. 90’s Vintage. Never worn; New With Tags. Can be worn with or without a shirt underneath; however, note that opening under arm is ~10” from shoulder to pit. 8 brass buttons run down front, with a 7” slit at bottom. Buttons have LizWear logo. There are 2 pockets in front along w/ 2 faux pockets on chest. Approximate Measurements (laying flat): 18” pit-to-pit gradually widening to 21.5” across bottom; 32.5” long from shoulders.
