NWT Little black Express dress

This adorable little dress has a to die for gather top and side, can be worn with or without the strap, and comes up to about mid thigh. The fit is a bit small and it is already too short for my liking.which is why I never wore it. If you are a 2 or between a 2 and 4 at Express this will be a perfect fit for you.
