NWT Lipsy dress from London

Brand-new with tags's this dress was bought on line from London so the price is in euros but we paid $110 for this in American dollars. It's a European size 8 but this fits an American size 0 to 2, the back is very small so if you're big boned it will not fit around your back. This is a teal green with black sequins European size 8 but honestly I would say if you're a size 0 this dress would fit u!
