The lightweight "shirt weight" line is thick enough to be durable, but light enough to for great movement and will only get softer with age as you break it in. The dress is 3X but "Gidget," my mannequin, is smaller, so you can see this dress is very flexible in terms of sizing! However, per size guide fit runs small, fits more like an 18-20 / 2X.
