NWT This beautiful winter white lace blouse is lined in the front and back, the arms are not lined and see-through, elastic at the cuffs and backside bottom, embroidered eyelet lace trim on the frontside bottom and collar. Poly-cotton blend. Brand new with tags. The tag states XL, but it looks more like a Medium. Manufacturer unknown because the text on the tag is foreign.
