NWT Line & Dot Golden Hour dress XS velvet magenta

Brand new with tags. Bought last year on Revolve for a wedding but couldn’t go last min. I have since tried it on to try to wear it for another event and it does not fit me now- it’s way too tight. 😩 perfect condition, original tags attached. Dramatic off the shoulder sleeves. The gorgeous velvet material is super luxe and the vibrant magenta color is perfect for any time of year.
