NWT Lime green beachy dress!

This dress is lime green, has straps, and has rushing in the chest area. This dress would be great for a swimsuit cover up or for the beach. This dress is new with tags (has stem where tag was). This dress is a size XL in juniors, but fits more like a medium or large. This dress/coverup has been just sitting in my closet never worn because I have so many other coverups.
