Brand new perfect condition. I purchased this at the Lilly store, but I have never worn it because the style is just not for me. The top has a banded bottom that measures 17 inches across. It measures about 23 inches across pit to pit and it is a very blousy style. The maxi skirt has a waistband about 16 1/2 inches across but very wide and very stretchy.
