New with tags, never worn. Lichi brand midi dress with sheer floral embroidered sleeves. Well made and timeless, it was just a bit too small for me. Midi length, hits mid-shin. Measurements, laying flat: Bust: 15” Waist: 13.5” Hips: 17.5” Contains a small amount of stretch. Marked size medium but please see measurements. I'll give it a steam before I ship to you :)
