apple_fritter @bonnie_caraway So sorry for the delay! Length is about 24.5” shoulder to hem. The bust is actually very loose/forgiving because of the dolman sleeves, and starts to flare out into the upper bust/sleeves just above the waistband. The waist itself is the more fitted part and is ~14.5” flat with some stretch, and what would be the “bust” area is around 16-17”. Hope that makes sense!
