breenicole7 @eltheabstract hi! The measurements when laid flat are: waist-14 in and inseam-28 in. Hope that helps :) I am selling for a lower price on Merc btw

breenicole7 @eltheabstract if you consistently wear a size 26-27 (2-4) then these would fit you. If you lean more on the 27-28 (4-6) side then these would not fit you, as they have very little stretch. Hope that clears up some confusion!
