New, never worn animal print dress. Great weight for fall or winter with tights and booties. Has a tie waist, slight puff long sleeve with a stretchy cuff sleeve. The entire dress is stretchy. ~The belt tie is connected by loops but the loop on the left side is broken (last photo). Though the dress fabric is textured/not slippery~ 95% polyester/5% spandex.
