myguestrmcloset @jlizp14 it’s just the liquid....not the actual chick pea! The liquid you drain off....you can keep it and whip it like egg whites. I think I added sugar and cream of tartar too. Like making meringue!

myguestrmcloset @jlizp14 ....just for fun I posted the aquafaba pics under my closet meet the posher.... whips like eggs. But. My first attempt “disappeared” in the oven! I didn’t add sugar etc....the second was better 3rd success!!😂
