NWT Lapis black and shimmering gold mini

Can be worn on its own or with leggings. Long sleeve dress with short mini skirt. Front of the trust has a shimmering gold overlay with ruching around the waist. Approximately 36 inches from shoulder to bottom hem approximately 36 inches around the hips approximately 33 inches around the waist plenty of give and stretch. The gold overlay is only on the front of the dress.
