NWT Lands' End Tankini Shell Top - 16W

This cute tankini top has flattering, wide diagonal striping of white/turquoise/black. Neckline and adjustable shoulder straps are white trimmed in turquoise. Lightly padded cups. Decorative ruching on the sides under the arms. Tag says "this garment contains Lycra Xtra Life fiber. It resists fit loss and fiber breakage caused by pool water, giving you long lasting shape and fit". I feel like this would better fit a 14W, but the tag indicates this is a 16W. Pit to pit with no stretching is 18", can easily stretch out to 20". From neckline to bottom hem is 19". Material is 77% nylon, 23% spandex. From non-smoking, one kitty home.
