First important detail--glass has hairline crack which may be replaced by a watch repair technician; it does not affect time mechanism, and may be used if you don't mind that. This is a brand new item (never used) in original manufacturer packaging purchased at Macys. I never got around to returning it. I have several Skagen watches, and I love the European design, quality, and durability; therefore I recommend this beauty highly! This model has crystals around the white and mother-of-pearl face, and the color is best described as elegant rose-gold on indistructable stainless steel construction.
