NWT Lace mesh mini dress

NWT!!! Check out this super cute dress! Top is detailed with lace in a mid V with mesh overlaying the V. Back has a mid V with no mesh. Top fits comfortably like a tank top and dress flares from the waist down like a typical A Line dress. NWT never worn! I bought a size small and medium and just never returned the medium. It's super cute and can be worn in hot months or cold months with tights and a jacket.
