Fully functional shoulder straps Fully lined Looks like a dress but is romper style under lace (see pic) *has tiny discoloring on one spot on back ribbon (it came that way) Approximate measurements laying flat: 28” long from point on chest to hem 23.5” long from underarm 14” across waist Purchased at a boutique for my daughter for prom but she wore another dress.
