NWT La Ligne Mia Dress in Tangerine

Sleeveless with a silk tie waist with smocked back panel for ease of fit. Grosgrain straps with a side zipper. Center slit that falls and moves beautifully when you walk. Love this dress and it looks so flattering on, but never ended up wearing this to the event I bought it for and unfortunately no longer fits.
