NWT LOFT Strapless Red Dress

NWT. Never worn. For sizing reference: I usually wear a size S in Loft blouses and 6-8 in dresses. Bust measures at 36”. This dress was too big on me. Size 8- but definitely fits more like a 10 Scoop neckline. Ties in knot or bow on side of waistline. Zipper in back. Soft stretchy material. (Fabric information picture above) Dress measured laying flat. Pit to pit: 19” (could stretch to probably 21”) Waistline: 15.5” Length from shoulder to hem: 38”
