NWT LIKELY Katerina Ruffle-Embellished Floral Cut Out Midi Dress

Brand new with tags and in excellent condition aside from one flaw. At the top of the boat between the cut outs there is one small snag in the fabric it is hard to see and is also cover by the ruffles.
