NWT LEMON QUARTZ SIZE 7

NWT Lemon quartz size 7 sterling marked. This is new ring I ordered for myself, it was special ordered and its to larger for me. I have included the description of the ring but there was no paperwork with the ring when it arrived. There are 3 tiny hash marks on the band see photo. The ring must have not been polished enough to remove them, however the ring has never been worn and is new.
