New with tags lucky and blessed brand. Super cute, soft, suede feeling vest with interweaving down open front to fringe at the bottom. Retro glamorous Cowgirl print with flowers and cactus. Size medium but fits a large and XL as well. Measures approximate: 24” chest (worn open and hanging), 32” overall at bottom of fringe. Color is more of a tan. Bought to wear to Vegas or a country concert but never did. This vest is so cute!
