NWT Kate Spade Nappa Ballet Flats

NWT Kate Spade striped navy/ivory Nappa ballet flats. Round toe flats. Shoes are NWT, never worn. They have orange mark on inside and left side of shoe is slightly scuffed as shown. The tag is taped on bottom along with it written on bottom toes. Size is 7M but mismarked 12 in writing. Shoes are so cute!
