NWT Kate Spade Julian polka dot shift dress

Darling, mod polka dot dress from Kate Spade. Navy shift dress with blush pink, white, and red polka dots. Back button. 3/4 sleeves. Note: I recently discovered a small flaw in the material near the neckline. It's barely noticeable on the pink dots... Just looks like a misalignment of the thread/pulled thread. This would easily be covered by a necklace, a jacket, or even long hair.
