NWT Karen Zambos vintage couture reversible dress

Wrap style with two book and eye fasteners. 37” long. 16” across band lying flat. It’s empire waisted. Size is M but I would think it runs a bit small (or fits someone who is small up top). It says reversible because it can be worn with the v neck in the back or the front.
