Short cap sleeve dress with an intricately beaded top and a jersey ruched fitted bottom. Size 0 Measurements (approximate): 15" pit to pit 12" across waist 41" length Condition is new with tags and extra beading. There seem to be a few beads missing in small area shown in second to last photo. Not noticeable, but extra beads are provided.
