ksj221 @lmdingus The PTP is 20inches but stretches easily to 23. It is also an open front cardigan and stretchy so it would easily work across sizes.

ksj221 @lmdingus 60% poly, 40% viscose. I added a pic of the tag which dry clean or hand wash. What I do is put it in a lingerie bag and wash it on gentle and lay it out to dry. I don’t use the dryer for any sweater.
