NWT Jones Studio Black and White Summer Dress.

Beautiful black and white fully lined summer event party dress with black fabric belt. Dress has lined cups seven inside for a great shape! 97% cotton with 3% spandex. From top shoulder down to bottom of dress measures 39”. There are two little snaps sewn inside top of shoulders, not sure what purpose they serve. Dress is in excellent condition and has never been worn.
