These paper bag waist, chocolates brown belted faux leather shorts are tight in trend. They have an elastic waistband that is 14-15 inches (28-30) with a tie at the waist. The waist is 2 inches wide, and the length is 14 “long. There are no pockets on the front or back. The inside is very soft! These remind me of concert wear that would look really cool with tall boots. They’re new with tags! The fabric content is 80% polyurethane, and 40% polyester.
