A lux, dramatic, boho-folk inspired take on the tennis skirt: NWT Silk navy blue skirt with multicolored floral pattern. Silk layers are edged in a folk-inspired floral stripe, but the mini-skirt length makes it modern. Smocked, elasticized waistband.
