NWT Jessica Simpson Tweed Dress Size 10

Hi, I’ve been holding onto this dress, thinking it would compliment my build, but it just doesn’t. It’s been tried on twice. It is lined, the top lace is see-thru. Size 10, a-line dress, from a cat/smoke free home. I did notice a small snag, shown in the photos.
