New with tag attached, Jeannie Nitro Barmaid Dress in white cotton eyelet. A couple minor flaws, see pics and keep reading. Size Small. Made in USA. Back zipper, puff sleeve mini with lace ruffle. Corset-laced front, under the bust. According to the manufacturer, size Small is for a 32" bust and 25" waist. The waist is measuring small, only 12" across relaxed. Shoulder to hem 29.5" This is an older item, the flower lace ruffle is a different pattern than what is online now. Please see close-up photos for these flaws: One end of the satin cord is fuzzy and worn, it may have been shortened when damaged. It seems like there is enough length left. The lace has a small tear on the seam. There is also a cotton slub on one sleeve, but that is a normal occurrence with natural fibers. No stains. Good zipper.
