NWT Jason Wu For Target Navy Floral Dress, Size XS. Dress is NWT, however, I just noticed that they are not the correct tags, and are for a different Jason Wu for target dress. I've never had a reason to look for the style name on the tag until now, so I assume it was just mis-tagged at the store. This does not effect the dress in anyway, I wanted to mention it for full disclosure though.
